**Job Description**
This role combines hands-on assembly and molding work in a fast-paced production environment. You will assemble battery components using hand and power tools, operate molding machines and ovens, and help create high-quality products from plastics and other materials. The position offers structured growth across three levels, consistent day shifts, and the opportunity to develop strong mechanical and production skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand and power tools to assemble metal shells inside plastic components after they are produced.
+ Run and route cables to assemble them into mold castings for batteries, including banding cables and working with large cable assemblies.
+ Operate crimping tools and insert connectors into components while they are hot out of the oven, following safety and quality guidelines.
