**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** 737 Manufacturing Excellence is seeking **Senior Assembly Advisement Workplace Coaches** to join our **Skill Enhancement Centers** team located in **Renton, Washington** .

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Uses manufacturing and assembly experience in one or more of these areas; mechanical, fluids/pneumatic’ s, electrical integration, quality inspection, machine operations for coaching, performance improvement and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System
+ Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system. (e.g. CMES, CORRS, PAS, EPES, TMC, Veloci...
