Overview Summary The Assembly Laborer reports to a line leadership and primarily responsible for assisting in the flow of production. Assurance of proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge, etc.) for window completion 3. Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations 4. Movement of completed parts from installation area to shipping area 5. Assistance in repair work as necessary Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities upon hiring, however, potential direct reports are a possibility.
