What You'll Be Doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assembling products to a high standard
- Kitting components ready for production
- Following assembly instructions, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and schematic drawings
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Helping the team meet daily production targets and service levels
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
