Assembly Process Engineer

Job Description:
Develop, validate, and optimize processes for fiber optic termination and polishing to achieve high-quality, high-yield, and manufacturable production. Design and implement ultra-clean assembly workflows in a controlled semiconductor cleanroom environment. Lead transfer and development of new manufacturing processes for mass production of optical fiber assemblies and precision products. Define and implement cleanliness and process specifications to ensure stable and compliant production conditions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth product launch and scale-up. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely execution of technical projects, meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
