Assembly Process Engineer

Job Description:

. Develop, validate, and optimize processes for fiber optic termination andpolishing to achieve manufacturable, consistent, high-quality, and high-yieldproduction.

. Select, evaluate, and qualify materials, tools, and equipment for fiberpreparation, cleaving, termination, and polishing.

. Establish process parameters, work instructions, and standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) for all fiber handling and finishing activities.

. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, and implement correctiveactions to address yield or quality concerns.

. Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects toenhance process capability, reduce defects, and improve throughput.

. Train production technicians and operators on fiber termination andpolishing best practices, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and qualitystandards.
