We are looking for a talented Assembly Quality Leader to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Seymour, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive site-wide quality excellence by leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the plant quality system.
Strengthen operational performance by managing and empowering the plant quality team to meet Cummins Operating System and operational goaltree objectives.
Influence strategic outcomes by leading the quality functions contribution to the Annual Operating Plan and setting clear priorities for quality projects and resources.
Protect customers and the business by ensuring product quality, initiating work stoppages when necessary, and maintaining rigorous adherence to all quality standards and audits.
