Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Production Test Technician to carry out testing and quality control of sub-assemblies and final products to ensure correct functionality and performance.


Duties:


The role encompasses but is not limited to the following:

  • Perform preliminary testing of PCB assemblies.

  • Diagnose and repair (where possible) or quarantine any subassemblies (electrical and electronic) that do not meet functional requirements.

  • Carry out a final quality check on finished products, correcting any issue where possible or return product to production for remedial work.

  • Quality Control assurance and maintenance.

  • Recommend improvement opportunities to increase the robustness of existing testing processes and/or procedures.

  • Maintain the testing area in a neat, tidy, well organised and professional manner.

  • Follow and comply with the company’s internal documentation.
