Kingston University is seeking an Assessment Centre Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Future Skills programme, helping undergraduate students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their future careers.

As Assessment Centre Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of Development Day events for second year undergraduate students. Working closely with academic colleagues, employers, alumni and professional services teams, you will develop engaging assessment centre-style experiences that reflect current graduate recruitment practices and provide meaningful development opportunities for students.
