Assessment Centre Specialist (Regular Part-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

Administering/invigilating exams (post‑secondary, accommodated, placement, admission, external, and short program);

Deescalating high‑conflict situations;

Providing frontline service to a high volume of students and faculty;

Reporting breaches of academic integrity to appropriate staff;

Troubleshooting minor technical issues that students may have during their test;

Verifying accommodations using ClockWork software;

Booking appointments using the Acuity scheduling system;

Entering scores and pertinent information into Sheridan’s databases and screens;

Responding to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email; liaise with faculty, program coordinators, and academic schools, as well as external colleges/universities;
