ASSESSOR MANAGER, REAL PROPERTY (***EXTENDED REPOST***)

Main Purpose of Job

The position' s main responsibility is to supervise and train
a team of residential assessors and team leaders in a local assessment office.
Monitor, review, and approve the work of their team of residential assessors.
Complete property inspections and data entry of changes in the valuation of
residential property. Conduct appeal hearings. Complete sales analyses ta
develop land rates and neighborhood adjustment indexes used in the valuation of
Real Property. Generate and review database reports, edits, and errors. Provide
assistance ta the Supervisor of Assessment, Assistant Supervisor and/or
Residential Assessor Manager in their various duties as another level of
supervision.
