Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end insurance strategy and program management, including policy structuring, renewal optimization, and claims governance
- Ensure optimal insurance coverage aligned with asset value and business risks
- Handle and drive claims processes to achieve timely and optimal outcomes
- Act as the primary liaison with external insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk placement and timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure asset data accuracy (PPE & inventory) to support risk assessment
- Analyze and provide insights on asset risk exposure and insurance performance to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across asset and insurance practices
Job Requirements:
- S1 or S2 graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Management or related background
