We are seeking a midlevel/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join the Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have four to sever years of experience. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.

Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
