Asset Manager - Real Estate & Hospitality Investing
A newly established investment platform with an international investment mandate is seeking an Asset Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The platform invests across real estate and hospitality assets globally and is building a high performing team to support its expansion across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate and hospitality assets across multiple geographies.
- Monitor asset performance against business plans, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with operating partners, property managers, hotel operators, and external advisors.
