Summary If selected you will serve as Asset Manager who supports the USDA, APHIS, Realty Services in its real property service support of program and mission areas in APHIS, AMS, and NAD. Responsibilities The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensures the financial and real property management databases are updated timely. Provides assistance with leadership and participates in developing, improving, and maintaining APHIS’s Real Property Portfolio. As a technical resource the Asset Manager works in collaboration with the subject matter expert to provide direction and instruction as necessary to the Realty Specialists.
