YOUR IMPACT
As the first APAC Talent Strategy hire, the Vice President will be aligned with the global Talent Strategy team and will establish and scale regional initiatives. The role partners closely with PWM leadership and HCM to translate global frameworks into high-impact regional programs that accelerate advisor productivity and strengthen junior talent retention. This individual will lead the execution of key training and development initiatives, helping to shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent across Private Wealth Management in the region.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Establish and lead the APAC Talent Strategy presence in Hong Kong, aligned with global priorities and in close partnership with PWM leadership, regional management, and HCM
