Assistant Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to keep financial processes running smoothly.
• Strong financial accounting reporting: ensure accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong process improvement & controls: support implementation of accounting policies and procedures, identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy, and ensure adherence to internal control systems.
