Position Summary

TheAssistant Athletic Director/Sr. DirectorforDevelopmentreports to the Director of Athletics and serves as a member of the department staff that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics through its strategic plan and vision. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Director of Athletics to plan, lead, and execute annual fundraising goals and efforts for Central Arkansas Athletics.

Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward current and prospective annual fund donors.

Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward current and prospective UCA Lettermen’s Club members.

Work with Director of Athletics to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major giving prospects for, but not limited to, facility and capital improvement projects, scholarship and operational endowments, and programmatic support.
