Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing this award winning restaurants Baroperations.
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. Youll support your team by leading by example keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported confident in providing great dining experiences for our guests.
• To understand and adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and to always be looking to recommend improvements to those procedures.
• To professionally set up bar at the start of opening including liquor icing glassware juices and garnishes.
• Driving standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings coaching feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurant and bar.
