Job Description

 Responsible for assisting the Building Manager in the successful and timely flow of work. Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day Provides oversight for all operating activities, value-added services, customer service, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 
 Attending building manager meeting.
 Preparing Weekly report, Monthly report and Meeting Minutes.
 Introducing clients and visiting tenant’s areas.
 Supervising the use of common area and properties by tenants / tenants/ employees / co-owners and residents.
 Coordinating with sup-contractors, government and private agencies or related activities.
 Proceeding other activities approved by board of committee and landlord.
 Any other assigned works, if any.
  QUALIFICATIONS: 
 Bachelor's degree in any fields.
 Work Experience in building management, maintenance or relevant fields...
