Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting and revising various transaction documentsAssist with closings to include finalizing execution of closing documents, closing binders, and distribution to appropriate partiesOrganize and coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, scheduling meeting rooms, video conferencesManage communications regarding meetings, including invitations, agendas and all pertinent meeting informationManage and maintain calendars for domestic and international travel, firm committees, internal and external meetingsOrganize hard copy original documents and electronic documents for client filesPrepare and monitor attorney time entriesPrepare and process client billing invoices in conjunction with the Billing Department; assist with monitoring of account statusesPrepare and submit expense and invoice reimbursements through Chrome RiverManage conflict checks an...
