Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team in the retail industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on exposure in corporate compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws

Handling board and committee meeting documentation (agenda, minutes, resolutions)

Maintaining statutory registers and records
