Assistant Customer & Quality Officer: Highway and Commercial Grounds Mainten

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, directly assisting the Assistant Streetcare Manager to lead, motivate and manage a large team of operational staff to undertake all required duties related to the scheduled mowing of all urban and rural roadside verges and public open spaces, weed control, hedge cutting, mechanical sweeping, general vegetation management, and a portfolio of contracted commercial works.

The role is based from one of our operational depots and is largely desk oriented, with a degree of on-site visits to monitor quality and engage with customers, contractors, and our frontline operational teams.
