MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or related field Experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Experience in microfinance or lending is a plus
