- Team & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts
- Allocate tasks, review work quality, and provide guidance on best practices
- Build a high‑performing analytics team with a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with key stakeholders from retail, merchandising, e‑commerce, finance, supply chain, and IT
- Translate business questions into analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of insights
- Facilitate communication between business users and the analytics team to ensure alignment and adoption
