Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our academic leadership team as the Assistant Dean of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing education, overseeing the development and implementation of curriculum, and supporting faculty and students in achieving academic excellence.

Responsibilities
Plans, develops, manages, updates and evaluate all aspects of the program including but not limited to all Nursing program budgets. 

Faculty and staff Clinical site liaison Curriculum development and implementation Program compliance with Board rules and regulations; site visits Student advocate Program policies and procedures Faculty and student handbooks.

Supplies and equipment to meet program objectives.
