Assistant / Deputy Category Manager

Responsibilities:

1. On-boarding & Assortment Building: Identify and on-board emerging D2C brands, MP Labels to expand category Selection.
2. Account Management: Build strong relationships with brands, on-board new sellers, and negotiate pricing & margins.
3. Category Growth: Develop strategies to enhance assortment, on-board value products, and track market trends.
4. Sales & Performance: Optimize discoverability, analyse KPIs, and implement data-driven strategies.
5. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns, including ads, banners, and seasonal promotions.
6. Operations & Logistics: Ensure inventory planning, efficient fulfilment, and seller issue resolution.

Requirements:

1. 2 - 6 years of professional experience in category management.

2. Hands-on with pricing & sales forecasting

3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and Excel proficiency
