Job Description

            Job Summary  Basic Salary: $7500 - $9200 
Working hours: Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30am 
Working Location: Depot Road 
AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment 
 Job Responsibilities  Organisational Development & Strategy  Lead and drive organisation‑wide organisational development (OD), culture, and change management initiatives. 
Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities. 
Partner with senior leadership to strengthen organisational effectiveness, culture, and workforce readiness. 
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of OD initiatives.
