Assistant Director, Human Resources

About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to join our HR team. Reporting to the Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives across Recruitment and Employer Branding, Compensation and Performance Management, Talent and Leadership Development, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement. This role requires close collaboration with department heads, HR colleagues and senior management to strengthen organisation capabilities, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment between people strategies and business priorities.
