Assistant Director - IT Systems & Operations [ITE Headquarters]

What the role is

As the Assistant Director for IT Systems & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure services, end‑user computing environment and workspace, business continuity and recovery of the company’s information systems.

What you will be working on

• Assess current and future needs, formulate strategic plans, propose and implement innovative solutions to achieve a cost‑effective and scalable IT infrastructure that meets the organisation’s needs.
• Oversee the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT infrastructure services and operations such as cloud, data centre, servers, etc., adhere to standards and guidelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, minimise outages and drive timely recovery of high‑severity outages affecting IT operations.
