Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Food & Beverage division overseeing the daily operations of restaurants bars lounges in-room dining pool venues and banqueting operations.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional guest experiences consistent with luxury lifestyle hospitality standards.
- Develop and execute the departmental business strategy to achieve revenue growth profitability and guest satisfaction targets.
- Manage departmental financial performance including budgeting forecasting P&L analysis labor costs payroll food and beverage costs and expense control.
- Lead coach and develop Outlet Managers and departmental leaders through performance management succession planning and talent development.
