Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier is seeking the services of a qualified individual to provide consultative performance support to departments and programmes within the Western Cape Government to enable improved individual performance.
Qualifications
A qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA - A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6)/Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Psychology and 5 years or more experience in a Human Resource Management environment.
