Executive Summary of Job Role
The Assistant Director, Talent & Learning Development will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organization-wide learning strategies to build workforce capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive service excellence across all PCF entities. This role reports to Senior Director HR and works closely with HR, Operations, Centre Leaders, and external stakeholders to foster a strong culture of continuous professional growth. 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that is aligned with the organization's mission and growth plans.
