Assistant Electrical & Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Electrical & Automation systems in production and packaging.
• Lead maintenance, projects, and training activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for PLC, HMI, Servo, Vision, and Robotics.
• Train electricians and engineers on troubleshooting, tuning, and programming.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IMS standards and company objectives.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer with technology providers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to relocate to the job location.
