Job Description

Job Purpose

You will lead and supervise a team of in-house and outsourced personnel in performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system which consist of large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, etc. including tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation and tunnel booster fans) and Local Sequential Controllers. 
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly work schedules. Ensure all monthly maintenance work orders are scheduled and carried out as planned and are closed promptly. 

Ensure that all works carried out comply strictly with the statutory Codes of Practices, approved work instruction / method statements, SMRTs Work Safety Manual, Quality Procedures and Quality Assurance System etc. 

Provide timely updates on work completion.
