Assistant Engineer HSE – (Hub/ Winder/ Uthal/ Bela)

Job Purpose

To support the implementation and day-to-day operations of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management across assigned units or clusters, aligned with HSEQ policies and safety standards. This role ensures safe operational practices, hazard identification, and contributes to cultivating a strong safety culture.

Mandatory Education

DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in a relevant discipline with supplementary HSE certifications may be considered (typical for entry-level HSE engineering roles).

Experience

Typically expected: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, especially in utility, industrial, or energy sectors.

Desired Certifications

International certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH (certifications noted as preferred for higher-level HSE roles).
