Assistant Engineer (Laser)

• Lead in the assembly of the laser sources, and setting up test stations to evaluate performances
• Design electrical interface and wiring for the laser source
• Conduct incoming quality check on laser components
• Maintain accurate records of test results
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting issues related to laser source
• Work with a multi-discipline team for laser system integration and performance evaluation

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Systems Engineering or a related field
• 3 to 5 years hands‑on experience in splicing and testing of fiber laser
• Familiarity with fiber laser design and testing methodology
• Good verbal and written communication skills
