Job description: Job Purpose
The Assistant Engineer, Track Renewal is responsible to lead and manage a team of technical Officers and contractors to carry out system-wide repair, maintenance and replacement of all track components such as rails, switches and crossings so as to support SMRT in providing safe and reliable train service to our commuters. Organize and plan all rail change activities Comply and execute tasks in accordance to Work Instructions and Procedures. Comply and exercise safety at all times in accordance to Safety Procedures.
