Assistant Farm Manager (Commercial)
Location: Kempton Park, Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 to R25 000 p.m. + company vehicle
Our client in the Commercial industry is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Day to day management of a Laying and Rearing farm
- Staff management
- Stock control
- Maintenance
Requirements
- Matric
- Valid driver's license
- 5-year management experience
- Excellent administrative and planning skills
- Excellent technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to manage workshop and general maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Good human relations and an ability to manage staff
- Pro‑active and attention to detail management style
- Honest and trustworthy
- Must be willing to work every second weekend and work extended hours from time to time
