Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture / forestry or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in agriculture or field – based operations
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Independent, proactive, eager to learn and results oriented
- Strong social / interpersonal skills
- Exposed to meeting and/or working with people from different cultures and background (Ideally has travelled outside home region / overseas and especially Asia)
- Willing to learn different languagesComfortable to live / work in remote area
- Hobbies are outdoors / sport related
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations activities: planting, harvesting, crop care & road maintenance. (PDCA)
- Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills.
