Job Description
A renowned global law firm is hiring for an Assistant Finance Manager. This is a newly created, individual contributor role whereby you will be covering the Singapore market for finance in the local accounting financial operations - including staff reimbursements, vendor payments, and payroll. You will also take charge of preparing monthly management accounts, analysing P&L performance, and maintaining balance sheet schedules. This role offers exciting cross-functional collaboration, as you will be involved in monthly finance review sessions, ensuring financials meet regulatory standards and raising any issues promptly to the management team. Additionally, you will support Singapore tax matters with the HQ and working with external agents, and also drive the annual audit by managing queries and ensuring timely completion. Lastly, you will partake in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
