Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
2. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
4. Oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
5. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, and monitor compliance with financial reporting standards and Bursa listing requirements.
6. Oversee the year-end financial audit.
