IIQE Paper 1,2,3

Branch frontline CS experience ( Welcome phone banking staff)

Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
 What you'll be doing on the job 
Responsibilities:
Handle various banking products (CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Credit Card)

Identify customers’ needs and cross sell banking products

Sales Referrals to other appropriate departments

Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries

Follow bank’s policy and work procedures
