. Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to when working with CNC machines and associated tools and equipment. . Write / edit a range of CNC programs & CAM for machining parts . Understand and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions & tolerances of t/c parts, sequence of operations & set up requirements. . Setup &operate machines on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or program control data. . Conduct set-up tests: Start & observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls as required. . Perform Arc Spray / Thermal Spray coating . Ability to write and edit robotic programs - an advantage . Verify conformance of finished parts to specs or drawings using measuring &inspection tools as required. . Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required. . Maintain a clean & organised work area & equipment. . Provide technical support and guidance to machinists operating...
