A rapidly growing venture and growth investment firm is seeking an Assistant Fund Controller to support its expanding finance organization. The firm focuses on acquiring secondary interests in private companies and venture capital funds and recently raised a multi-billion-dollar inaugural investment vehicle that has become one of the largest first-time venture secondaries funds in the market.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in fund operations, accounting oversight, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities

+ Assist with fund accounting, quarterly closes, and preparation of financial statements

+ Review NAV packages, capital activity, and investor allocations

+ Support annual audit and tax processes with external service providers
