Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate ship staff recruitment to meet fleet manpower requirements. Process recruitment applications for all positions, including senior officers and engineers. Screen and match candidate profiles against rank, vessel type, and engine requirements. Collaborate with global manning offices to ensure compliance with company policies and STCW standards.
