As an Assistant Manager at Taco Bell Franchisee, Outlaw Enterprises, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work a 45-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 5 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.
