Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to manage the entire operations and resources of our Engineering and Construction Division. The successful candidate will oversee projects related to Potable Water, Wastewater, Flood Mitigation, and Renewable Energy, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise, formulate, and recommend strategic plans and actions for approval by the CEO.
• Review and continuously improve procedures across project management, procurement, cost control, engineering design, research & development, and budget allocation.
• Oversee project planning, including setting milestones, budgets, and key deliverables.
