Requirements: Previous luxury hotel or boutique hospitality management experience Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent guest relations and service delivery standards Sound operational and administrative experience Financial and reporting knowledge advantageous Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Professional communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment Local candidates from Franschhoek and the surrounding areas are preferred.
