Job Description
Role: Assistant HR Business Partner
Location: Near Birmingham B15 and home working
Salary: Up to £46,000
Contract: Fixed term contract up to 14 months

We are working on behalf of an esteemed organisation who are recruiting an Assistant HR Business Partner to join their HR team to cover a maternity leave period for up to 14 months.
You will work alongside another Assistant HR Business Partner, with support from a HR Administrator to support up to 1000 colleagues in a full HR generalist role. There is a separate employee advisory team that will handle complex formal case work, with your employee relations casework covering performance management, grievances, sickness etc.
